Commercial Head

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Commercial Head to manage all activities related to securing contracts for maintenance operations within the Maintenance Department. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the department achieves world-class performance by effectively managing the contracting lifecycle from scope development to contractor authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed by contractors during normal refinery operations.
• Develop evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimations for contracts.
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing Instructions to Bidders, conducting kick-off meetings with contractors, and evaluating economical offers after technical evaluation by the contract responsible.
• Ensure that company HSSEQ policies and programs are implemented within the various contracts developed and managed under this role's responsibility.
• Ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPIs are included in all maintenance contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in contracting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of the SAP system.
