Custody Technician I

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Custody Technician I to join their team. This full-time role involves supporting maintenance activities for custody metering equipment and ensuring operational efficiency. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary spare parts for maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventories, adjusting based on consumption.
• Report issues such as unavailability of additional spare parts, assistance, or tools, BOM discrepancies, drawing errors, and specific SMP requirements to the Specialist/Engineer to ensure effective maintenance.
• Support and participate in projects/MOCs that can be accomplished through maintenance orders or are ready for construction and require maintenance involvement.
• Assist the maintenance team with daily issues, providing detailed analysis and actions to solve problems and maintain the performance of all custody metering equipment.
• Share resolutions for technical and safety-related problems.
• Monitor day-to-day activities and prioritize breakdown work.
• Work under supervision, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Operational Duties

• Execute all daily maintenance activities, including preparing SMPs for preventive and corrective jobs.
• Prepare and request permits, ensuring compliance with prerequisites for health and safety critical activities.
• Ensure all scheduled jobs are executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper closing and data entry for SAP orders upon completion of activities.
• Respond to operation and maintenance activities, including normal or emergency cases, assessing risks and ensuring all required tools, PPE, and manpower are available for work completion.

Compliance and Safety

• Comply with Petrokemya policies and SHEM’s/OMS procedures.
• Contribute to achieving target SHE rates.

Experience Requirements

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
