Continuous search for new influencers and selecting the most suitable ones based on: - The age group of the audience - The strength of influence and media presence - Distribution of followers (location/interests/purchasing power) - Their fit with the brand identity Building a network of UGC Creators (user-generated content) and dealing with various collaboration models: - Free product - Symbolic value - Percentage of sales/commission Proposing smart marketing strategies and suitable advertisers according to the campaign goal (awareness/sales/product launch/re-targeting). Requirements: Proven experience in marketing and managing social media (preferably in consumer products/fragrances). High taste in content + ability to create unique ideas. Excellent research skills (Influencers / UGC / advertising platforms / competitors). Negotiation.
