Role Overview

Red Sea Global is seeking a Director - Support Services for Botanica. This full-time role involves leading all enabling functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations across business units. The Director will be accountable for financial reporting, cost control, payroll accuracy, compliant hiring and retention, and reliable procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Government Relations, Procurement, Administration, and HSSE & Compliance functions for Botanica Red Sea.
• Coordinate IT and systems with the Red Sea Global Group to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by business unit.
• Maintain a controlled cost base.
• Oversee accurate payroll processing.
• Manage compliant hiring and retention processes for a large in-house workforce.
• Ensure reliable procurement operations.
