F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to deliver unique interactions. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to enhance guest meals.
• Ensure a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify information, including managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
