Field Service Supervisor Services (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor- Services (Saudi National Only) to lead a team of service technicians. This full-time role primarily supports Facilities Management Contracts or large service sites, ensuring that contractual requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded. The supervisor will also operate as an individual contributor, with 100% job chargeable responsibilities, focusing on timely service delivery within planned gross margins by utilizing HBS tools, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
• Review Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and implement proactive actions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying system upgrade opportunities, spot service needs, maintenance contract additions, and other sales leads.
• Manage the service financial performance of the team, monitoring monthly performance and reviewing available-to-spend versus actuals for contracts.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools, equipment, and materials while controlling inventory levels.
• Support the implementation and compliance of productivity-enhancing processes related to service delivery.
• Lead and manage the service team in adopting and complying with HBS Global and EMEAI policies, processes, procedures, service tools, and business best practices.
• Set and implement quality standards (quality processes, service manuals, hour reporting) and ensure the service team meets performance expectations.
• Maximize contract escalation and renewal opportunities against plan and control cancellations.
• Participate in estimate review processes for jobs or contracts to ensure accurate labor estimates and technical feasibility.
• Ensure proper resourcing for service contracts, additional works, and small service projects.
• Manage the selection and oversight of subcontractors for various jobs, in conjunction with the supply team where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated financial skills to understand contract-level data, identify variances, and take appropriate actions to achieve key metrics.
• Proven operational analysis skills to gather information, think broadly about issues, and recognize trends or cause-effect relationships.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities to build and maintain effective relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
• A drive for results, demonstrating energy and determination to achieve improvements, overcome obstacles, and remain effective despite setbacks.
