About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The ideal candidate will be empowered to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services.

Key Duties

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment for all.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Protect company assets from loss or damage.
• Uphold established quality standards in all tasks.
• Present a professional appearance, including uniform and personal grooming, and maintain professional communication.
• Perform duties that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing.

Qualifications and Requirements
