AA Sends is a leading Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing agency operating across the MENA region. The agency partners with prominent e-commerce brands in the Gulf and beyond, focusing on retention as a comprehensive revenue channel through strategy, copy, design, and Klaviyo execution. This full-time role for a Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The position is integral to managing client relationships and driving measurable revenue growth without additional ad spend.

Strategic Email Marketing and Execution

This role involves comprehensive ownership of client email marketing initiatives, from strategic planning to detailed execution. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and owning the full email marketing strategy for each client account, encompassing flows, campaigns, and all revenue-driving initiatives.
• Building and maintaining automated email flows, ensuring consistent A/B testing and strategic updates for optimal performance.
• Planning and executing weekly email campaigns, managing the process from calendar creation through final approval and deployment.
• Designing and continuously optimizing high-converting pop-up forms through rigorous A/B testing and performance tracking.

Client Relationship and Team Leadership

The Account Manager serves as the primary interface for clients and leads internal team efforts to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main client contact, providing regular updates, leading client calls, and offering prompt, clear responses to inquiries.
• Handling client-requested email revisions directly, escalating to the broader team only when the scope genuinely requires specialized input.
• Leading the assigned client pod through daily check-ins and maintaining full accountability for project quality and adherence to deadlines.

Daily Operational Tasks

Daily responsibilities ensure continuous client engagement and project progress:

• Respond to client and team messages within 60 minutes during designated work hours.
• Acknowledge revision requests within 2 hours and complete them within 24 hours.
• Verify that all emails are error-free, approved, and correctly scheduled for deployment.
• Maintain updated and prioritized task boards and pod workloads.
• Review and send final emails to clients for approval.

Weekly and Monthly Performance Management

Regular performance monitoring and strategic planning are critical components of this role:

Weekly Activities:

• Submit a status and performance report to each client every Monday.
• Conduct an in-depth Klaviyo audit per account to identify performance findings and growth opportunities.
• Ensure at least 3 A/B tests are live and actively running per account.
• Obtain approval for campaign calendars two weeks in advance.
• Host one pod meeting to align on team priorities and workload distribution.

Monthly Activities:

• Perform a comprehensive audit of each account to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver a full monthly performance deck to clients.
• Finalize the following month's campaign calendar and briefs by the 15th.
• Manage Klaviyo profiles by suppressing and cleaning data, and downgrading billing where cost savings for the client are identified.
