The Opportunity

Wood is seeking a Lead Quality & Inspection Plant to join its Projects business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports a strategic project for Ma’aden to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in Ar Rjum, KSA, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives. The position requires over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of all quality aspects across the respective organization and its services.
• Identify and engage regularly with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather performance feedback.
• Assist in the effective planning and allocation of resources, including personnel and budgets, to achieve agreed objectives and deliverables.
• Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across the organization, ensuring its effective application, routine monitoring, assessment, and improvement. Facilitate external BMS certification as appropriate.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of quality supporting systems across the organization (*, NCR, improvement actions, lessons learned).
• Support tender and proposal activities for the organization.
• Plan and execute risk-based assurance plans, including the escalation of significant findings to program/project leaders.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance data, regularly reporting themes and trends to senior leaders, and undertaking interventions as required.
• Ensure quality support through Supply Chain processes to achieve right first-time delivery of products and services.
• Gather and act upon customer feedback to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant quality and inspection capacity, preferably within plant operations or large-scale industrial projects.
