Join GRADE Refrigeration as a Junior Legal Advisor!
GRADE Refrigeration is an esteemed Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating across the MENA region, dedicated to enhancing profitability for our company and affiliates. As a Junior Legal Advisor, you will fortify our legal framework, reporting technically to the Finance Manager and administratively to the Country General Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and advise on a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Support the Finance Manager in legal matters.
  • Provide advice on disputes, litigation, and compliance.
  • Promote awareness of legal risks within the business through training and counselling.
  • Create and maintain a schedule for legal and regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, review new laws, and prepare advisories.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
  • Review vendor contracts and company policies.
  • Monitor compliance and resolve disputes through arbitration and consent.
  • Draft contracts and policy documents.
  • Organize and file all documentation related to contracts.
  • Handle basic contract negotiation.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal advisor in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Labor Laws in KSA.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in English.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills.
  • Capable of simplifying complex subjects.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Arabic skills are a plus.
