About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Manager Finance to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the financial planning and analysis for the R&B Division, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure robust financial strategies and performance monitoring. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, offering a foundational opportunity to contribute to significant business decisions.

Key Objectives of the Position

The primary objective of the Manager Finance is to drive the annual business planning and budgeting process for the R&B Division. This involves ensuring that financial targets are realistic, challenging, and accurately reflect business potential. The role also focuses on continuous performance monitoring, identifying variances, and providing strategic advice to the Business Head and Country Manager on necessary preventive measures, corrective actions, or reinforcements.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Country Manager to lead the annual business planning and budgeting process for the R&B Division.
• Monitor ongoing financial performance, tracking achievements and reporting progress against set targets.
• Identify and highlight financial variances, advising management on appropriate actions.
• Conduct decision-support analyses for strategic business initiatives, including new store openings, brand introductions, market expansions, location assessments, store refurbishments, and closure/exit strategies.
• Authorize the movement of small wares and equipment within warehouses.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for stakeholders.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and present findings to management.
• Conduct feasibility studies for both new and existing stores to assess and enhance profitability.
• Develop and present business plans and budgets specifically for R&B Stores.
• Track and analyze the profitability of new age stores.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all business affairs related to P&L, presenting these to management.
• Perform Breakeven Analysis for loss-making stores to inform business decisions.
• Analyze stock reports to support operational and financial insights.
