About the Role
Saudi Aramco is seeking a Music and Fine Arts Teacher to join the Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools (SAES). This full-time position is for an elementary-intermediate level teacher, specifically for grade levels 3-8. The role involves working within a school system that emphasizes continuous improvement and aims for students to achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating daily classroom instruction to ensure the success of diverse learners.
- Foster positive professional relationships and work with students, parents, and colleagues to optimize the educational experience.
- Operate under the supervision of school principals and in partnership with other educators, paraprofessionals, and parent volunteers.
- Plan and implement rigorous, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate classroom instruction and interventions aligned with the SAES curriculum.
- Establish and communicate clear learning objectives to students and parents.
- Maintain high standards for students in citizenship, academic achievement, and personal growth.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom learning environment and contribute to a positive professional school climate and culture.
- Assess and evaluate student learning progress using multiple methods and provide ongoing, high-quality feedback.
- Monitor students’ social, emotional, behavioral, and academic growth, intervening and seeking support from colleagues as needed.
- Modify instruction and provide additional support to optimize learning and growth for all students.
- Maintain accurate student records regarding attendance, classroom performance, and conduct.
- Uphold and enforce Company and SAES policies, administrative instructions, and school rules and regulations.
- Actively engage in ongoing regional, district, school, and independent professional learning and development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education from a recognized and approved program.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a Pre-K to Grade 8 setting.
- Valid professional teaching certification/licensure in appropriate subjects and levels.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Demonstrated capacity to work both collaboratively and independently.
