About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking a dedicated OR Warehouse Operator to manage the storage and distribution of medical consumables essential for our operating rooms. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring that surgical teams have access to the necessary supplies precisely when needed, directly supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The role requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain critical supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, and deliver medical supplies for operating rooms.
• Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions for all medical consumables.
• Coordinate effectively with surgeons and external suppliers to ensure the availability of required items.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and meticulous inventory documentation.
• Apply and uphold high safety and hygiene standards within storeroom environments.
• Report inventory discrepancies promptly and implement measures to minimize expired stock.
• Track supply usage, manage supplier visits, and facilitate the replacement of expired stock.
• Prepare medical supplies in advance for scheduled surgical procedures.
