About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join its team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a qualified professional with strong leadership skills and a background in hospital pharmacy operations. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety and operational excellence within the pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage medication inventory, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and patient safety programs.
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. A PharmD or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of total experience in pharmacy, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
• Valid SCFHS classification and registration are required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Medina branch of Saudi German Health. The Pharmacy Manager will work within a hospital setting, collaborating with various medical and clinical departments to ensure integrated patient care.
