About the Role

Parsons Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects within the organization.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating communication, managing documentation, and tracking project progress. This position requires an individual who can effectively support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
