Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing healthcare and media-related projects. The intern will work closely with experienced project managers and medical professionals, contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of various initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing healthcare-related projects.

Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Participate in meetings with healthcare professionals, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct basic research and analysis to support project decision-making.

Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Healthcare Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The Digital Marketing and Business Development Manager is responsible for leading marketing and commercial efforts to achieve sustainable growth and increase market share by developing effective digital strategies and building strategic partnerships that enhance the brand's presence in the market. The position aims to unify digital marketing efforts with business development initiatives to achieve revenue objectives, attract new customers, and improve customer experience across various digital channels. The manager analyzes markets and competitors, develops advertising campaigns, and manages business relationships to ensure the best return on investment and enhance the company's competitive position.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

Manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms and analyze their performance to ensure the effectiveness of marketing spending.

Develop digital content and manage the visual identity of the brand across different channels.

Study and analyze markets and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Develop and implement business development plans to attract customers and strategic partners.

Build long-term relationships with customers and manage communication channels with them.

Prepare commercial proposals, organize negotiation meetings, and contracts.

Use analysis and performance measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager) to evaluate results and make decisions.

Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to achieve integration in objectives.
