PROJECT MANAGER Facility Management

About the Role

SRG is seeking a Project Manager - Facility Management to oversee the daily delivery of facility management services across various project sites. This full-time role involves managing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, and soft services, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet contract requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, attending progress meetings and managing escalations.
• Track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and prepare monthly performance and progress reports.
• Manage the project budget, including cost control, invoicing, and variation claims.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, encompassing performance management and training.
• Ensure full compliance with contract terms, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, and quality procedures.
• Oversee asset condition surveys, maintain asset registers, and develop lifecycle planning.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with procurement for materials and spare parts.
• Identify operational risks proactively and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 7+ years of relevant experience in facility management project roles.
