PSAB ESS: HVAC Technician (Secret Clearance)

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking an HVAC Technician to support the * Air Force under the AFCAP V Program. This full-time role is based at Prince Sultan Air Base and requires a Secret Clearance. The HVAC Technician will primarily focus on facilities mechanical and HVAC asset visibility, condition assessment, and sustainment requirements planning.

Program Context

Under the AFCAP V Program, كيلوج براون اند روت provides Engineering Support Services to the 378 ECES, ensuring mission-critical Installation Engineering, Asset Management and Visibility, and Real Property support for the 378 AEW. In addition to these engineering services, كيلوج براون اند روت also delivers food services and other quality-of-life support to sustain base operations at Prince Sultan Air Base.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system condition assessments and inventory validation using SMS BUILDER.
• Support maintenance-based assessments during preventive maintenance (PM) where applicable, and document updates according to work closeout rules.
• Identify and correct inventory and assessment discrepancies within specified timelines.
• Provide system-level recommendations to Sub-AMP/AMP leadership for requirement prioritization and investment planning.
• Participate in Sub-AMP working groups and contribute to the development and balancing of PM plans and corrective maintenance (CM) strategies.
• Support data quality standards and assist with quarterly reviews of shop data entry quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Operations Flight shops on work task grouping and deconfliction for Work Requirement Review Board (WRRB) submissions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HVAC systems or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform HVAC system condition assessments and inventory validation.
• Experience with SMS BUILDER is required.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance.

This is a full-time position supporting * Air Force operations at Prince Sultan Air Base. The role involves working within a team that ensures critical engineering and support services are maintained for base operations.
