About the Role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role involves the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across the property. The HVAC Technician ensures that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, adhering to manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and operational requirements. This position is crucial for maintaining guest comfort, supporting hotel operations, and contributing to energy efficiency and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, and heating systems.
• Identify faults and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues for timely repairs.
• Carry out regular servicing, cleaning, and adjustment of HVAC equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of new HVAC equipment and systems.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and report faults, abnormal conditions, or potential breakdowns to the HVAC Supervisor.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently, maintaining appropriate temperature, humidity, and air quality levels.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related guest and operational requests.
• Carry out emergency repairs and support the engineering team during system failures.
• Handle refrigerants, tools, equipment, and materials safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts.
• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and property procedures.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and safe.
• Assist in monitoring energy consumption and support efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments.
• Report equipment requiring replacement, major repair, or specialist attention.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, controls, and industry best practices.
• Support the HVAC Supervisor and Engineering Manager in maintaining high standards.
• Participate in scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth engineering operations and guest comfort.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to HVAC systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within a hospitality setting that prioritizes guest comfort and operational efficiency.
