Quality Coordinator

About the Role

Wood is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, site-based position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in quality management. The role involves supporting the implementation and improvement of quality strategies and systems within the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the ongoing communication, development, and improvement of the Business Management System (BMS).
• Assist in the communication, development, and improvement of supporting systems such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems.
• Undertake simple data analysis under the guidance of quality professionals.
• Support planned assurance activities through the planning, execution, and reporting phases, including external assurance with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables for overall project or program implementation.
• Engage with delivery and supporting functions to enhance awareness of interfaces and working practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in the analysis of processes and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Systematic thinking.

Work Environment
