About the Role

Nathan & Nathan is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales and business development activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience, offering a salary of up to SAR 20,000 per month, inclusive of performance-linked incentives. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for industrial electrical and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational tasks, including:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within KSA, converting leads into revenue.
  • Conducting market research to understand trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline across various customer segments including distributors, contractors, utilities, and industrial clients.
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Establishing connections with consultants, utility authorities, and industry influencers to drive product approvals and specifications.
  • Identifying and appointing suitable channel partners and distributors, monitoring their performance, and developing joint business plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams in India (Production, Logistics, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, R&D) for seamless order execution.
  • Supporting forecasting, demand planning, and providing regular sales reports and market intelligence to management.
  • Achieving assigned revenue, profitability, and market share targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Driving collections and supporting the reduction of accounts receivable days.
  • Setting KPIs, coaching, mentoring, and developing team capabilities to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of +10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Process Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical Products, Control Systems, or Switchgear industries.
  • Proven experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Experience working with distributors, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience within the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
  • An established network within Utilities, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, and Process Industries is advantageous.
  • Experience managing distributor and channel sales networks.
