About the Role

stc is seeking a Reports & Contract Management Assistant Manager to oversee the Group contract database and ensure the meticulous cataloging, storage, and maintenance of group-driven contracts. This full-time role involves carefully monitoring access to safeguard confidentiality and coordinating with category teams on contractual amendments.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Group's contractual agreements, ensuring all group-driven contracts are properly organized and maintained. The role holder will also be responsible for tracking ongoing contracts and reporting key activities to the Contract Management team, all while adhering to established business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Group contract database, ensuring that all group-driven contracts are cataloged, stored, and maintained with carefully monitored access to safeguard confidentiality.
• Monitor contractual amendments and changes requested by OpCos/subsidiaries, coordinating effectively with relevant category teams.
• Provide legal and contractual support to Group category teams during the negotiation and finalization of supplier contracts, covering aspects such as terms and conditions and supplier liability.
• Communicate essential contractual information, including contract expiration dates and service level agreements, to relevant category teams.
• Track all ongoing contracts and report major activities, such as contract expiration, to the CM team.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
