Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns.
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional HR certification (*, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
