Recruitment Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a proven track record of successful hiring campaigns.
- Experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (*, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
