Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee repairs and maintenance activities within our facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, comfort, and efficiency. Your leadership and expertise will drive productivity through strategic management of maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance requests and prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and coordinate renovations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Automation, and Supply Chain teams for timely asset procurement.
• Track and report metrics aimed at reducing costs and improving effectiveness.
• Supervise preventive maintenance schedules and all related projects.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related positions, who also possess a valid KSA driving license.

Knowledge and Competency:

• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical concepts including wiring and HVAC systems.
• Experience with smart equipment to enhance productivity.

Personality Traits:

• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.

Job Overview:
As a Swimming Pool Technician, you will be an essential part of our pre-opening team. Your responsibilities will primarily involve maintaining and repairing the hotel's swimming pools, spas, and related equipment to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on pools and associated equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Water Quality: Test and adjust chemical levels to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness by skimming debris, vacuuming the pool, and caring for the pool deck.
• Equipment Management: Inspect equipment for faults and replace defective parts as needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all activities align with local regulations and hotel standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs for maintenance activities, including water quality tests and repairs.
• Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and excellent service to guests regarding pool inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school completion in pool maintenance preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a swimming pool technician in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge, ability to interpret blueprints, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in pool maintenance and water quality management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Strong customer service skills.

Join NOV as a Maintenance Supervisor! In this dynamic role, you will oversee essential maintenance duties, ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a Maintenance Supervisor for Internal Pipe Coating and Custom Plants.
• Perform maintenance as per NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
• Conduct necessary qualification tests to verify coating equipment compliance.
• Record Daily Maintenance Reports, AIMS, and all necessary operation reports.
• Follow Company HSEMS, QMS, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct preventative and general maintenance on systems including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, motors, conveyor systems, and PLCs.
• Provide emergency repairs during production.
• Interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with management on inspection outcomes to facilitate planning.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Behavioral Skills: You should possess the ability to read and understand various schematics and controls. Being flexible and proactive in a team environment is essential.

Experience and Education: A diploma or college degree is required, along with 23 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience specifically related to equipment installation and maintenance is a must.
