Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Saudi Arabia for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Set sales targets and monitor team's performance.
Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills.
Analyze sales data to make informed decisions.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain high standards of communication within the team.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
Proven leadership qualities for effective team management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in retail or a related field is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the fragrance industry or FMCG is a plus.
