Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
  • Maintain smooth internal telecommunications following Raffles Standards.
  • Record and control wake-up calls.
  • Assist guests with international calls and queries.
  • Address guest requests promptly and report any complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
  • Bill call costs appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team and develop rapport with colleagues and guests.
  • Calm and courteous demeanor under all circumstances.
  • Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a four or five-star hotel.
