About Review Glow and the Role
Review Glow is an AI-powered online presence manager designed to assist small businesses in collecting and managing customer feedback. The platform centralizes review collection, responses, highlighting, and tracking to simplify reputation management, thereby enhancing trust, visibility, and customer engagement. This full-time, remote position for a SaaS Sales Closer is based in Saudi Arabia, offering flexibility in work location and schedule. The role involves full ownership of the sales engine, contributing to the development of the commercial function within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with business owners who can benefit from the platform.
- Generate leads independently through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold email, outbound calling, networking, referrals, and events.
- Qualify opportunities to focus efforts on prospects with high conversion potential.
- Conduct sales calls, clearly present the platform, and demonstrate its practical and commercial value to prospects.
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
- Manage the sales pipeline comprehensively, taking full ownership of activity and results.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Solid experience in B2B prospecting and closing, with a proven track record of generating pipeline and converting prospects into paying customers.
- Autonomy: Ability to build and execute an outbound sales plan independently.
- Mindset: A proactive approach to creating opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, shared sales tools, cold email tools, scraping tools, and outbound workflows.
- Communication: Confident in presenting SaaS or technology products and explaining their value clearly and persuasively. Resilient in handling objections and maintaining momentum after rejection.
- Adaptability: Able to adjust communication style to different business cultures and decision-makers, particularly with founders, operators, and business owners in international markets.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior sales experience in SaaS, martech, hospitality tech, CRM, reputation management, or digital business tools. An existing network of entrepreneurs, multi-location operators, agencies, or small business decision-makers. Understanding of challenges faced by local businesses in building trust, generating reviews, and improving online visibility. A functional prospecting playbook that can be adapted.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only role with recurring upside, structured as an entrepreneurial opportunity. There is no fixed salary. Performance is rewarded through recurring commissions that increase as the client portfolio expands, with no cap on earning potential. Commission is earned on every subscription closed. Each active client generates recurring commission for up to 12 months from their signup date, provided they remain active. Plans typically range from $110/month to $247/month, depending on region and market, allowing income to build month after month. The precise commission structure will be detailed during the interview process.
Support and Work Environment
Review Glow provides full access to the platform for demonstrations, comprehensive product onboarding and training, a shared platform for tracking pipeline and opportunities, and commercial support for advanced or strategic discussions. This role operates in a fully remote environment with flexible hours and minimal bureaucracy. The company is in an active growth phase, addressing a clear market need for small businesses across various sectors including restaurants, hospitality, clinics, service businesses, and retail.
