Senior DevOps Engineer

flyadeal is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. This full-time role involves combining software development and IT operations principles to streamline and automate software delivery and infrastructure management processes. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for integrating development and operations to enhance efficiency and reliability. This includes automating various stages of the software lifecycle and managing infrastructure to support application deployment and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for code deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms to manage and scale containerized applications.
• Integrate security practices into the DevOps process, including vulnerability scanning, access control, and compliance automation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to facilitate communication and alignment across the company.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and effective onboarding of team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 4 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
