About Red Sea Global and the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking a Senior Manager - Dive Center to join Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a subsidiary responsible for developing and delivering land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination. RSSE manages a portfolio of sports, adventure, and leisure offerings, including water sports through Galaxea. This full-time, site-based leadership role is critical for the establishment, launch, and ongoing operational excellence of the dive center at the designated asset, with responsibilities extending to supporting dive operations across multiple assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Galaxea Cluster Manager and support the establishment and operational readiness of the dive center.
• Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the dive center.
• Support the planning, development, and expansion of dive centers across other assets as required.
• Recruit, build, lead, and develop a high-performing dive operations team of up to 13 diving professionals.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ departments to ensure operations align with environmental and marine conservation requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with the DSM Red Sea Global Dive Safety Manual and all applicable international standards.
• Oversee and ensure the safe and professional execution of all daily diving activities, training courses, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records for all dive center activities, training, and operations.
• Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate all dive-related sales, including retail operations, to maximize revenue.
• Support the Destination Development department in facilitating photo and video media coverage when required.
• Implement and comply with all functional policies, procedures, SOPs, and operational instructions.
• Assist in preparing accurate, timely MIS reports in line with corporate and functional reporting requirements.

Pre-Opening and Post-Opening Accountabilities

• Partner with the Galaxea Cluster Manager to plan, develop, and deliver the dive center and its operational components.
• Collaborate with RSG departments during delivery to meet timelines, targets, and operational phasing.
• Ensure the dive center is delivered in line with design intent, safety requirements, operational efficiency, and brand standards.
• Continuously enhance operational standards, prioritizing safety.
• Ensure all dive center activities are conducted professionally and consistently with international best practice.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, partners, and the public.

Safety, Quality, and Environment

• Apply all safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure high levels of employee and guest safety.
• Ensure full legislative compliance and promote a strong culture of environmental responsibility and marine conservation.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and contribute to opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices.
• Drive operational excellence by benchmarking against international best practices, improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing guest experiences.

Work Environment and Requirements

This role operates across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations in a strategic, multi-site capacity. It requires 5-10 years of experience, frequent travel, and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and peak seasons. The Senior Manager will oversee a wide range of marine and diving operations across multiple locations, playing a critical leadership role in delivering safe, innovative, and world-class diving experiences aligned with destination growth and vision.
