Senior Operations Engineer

About the Role

NMDC Energy is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join our projects in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves directing and coordinating offshore resources to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with contractual requirements, particularly on smaller projects or as part of larger initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate offshore resources to ensure operations meet contractual requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor onshore and offshore activities and resources through to project completion.
• Review mobilization plans for vessels, ensuring timely and proper mobilization of equipment, materials, construction crew, subcontractors, and documentation.
• Review and approve installation procedures to ensure full coverage of project requirements and scope of work.
• Provide feedback to method engineers following procedural reviews.
• Monitor barge/vessel progress daily to ensure offshore operations align with the agreed schedule and resolve technical issues or material supply shortages to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate project activities among various departments and subcontractors.
• Guide Operation Engineers and provide necessary assistance to senior colleagues, including Lead Operations Engineers and Heads of Operations (HOOPs).
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, the Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct, and HSE standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience working on Aramco projects.

Location and Eligibility

This position is based in Saudi Arabia. Only candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia or those willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia will be considered for this role.
