About the Role

Dragos Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join its Customer Experience team. This full-time role, based in Saudi Arabia, involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to industrial clients throughout their engagement with Dragos. The objective is to enable the adoption, operationalization, and optimization of Dragos solutions, ensuring customers achieve measurable value and long-term success. This position requires a blend of deep ICS/OT cybersecurity expertise, strong relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to translate complex use cases into tangible outcomes, acting as a bridge between the Dragos platform and customer missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical advocate for assigned customers, supporting their onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success with the Dragos platform.
  • Guide customers in operationalizing key use cases and integrating Dragos into their existing workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead regular account reviews and roadmap alignment discussions, focusing on platform optimization and continued value realization.
  • Monitor customer health and adoption metrics, proactively identifying risks and developing support plans for at-risk or underutilized accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Serve as an OT cybersecurity subject matter expert, delivering training, workshops, and executive-level briefings, with regional travel up to 30% as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience working within OT environments, with practical knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC role, preferably supporting critical infrastructure environments.
  • A strong understanding of ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts, including detection platforms, risk management, and industrial threat scenarios.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and incident response workflows (*, Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic).
  • Foundational knowledge of industrial networking concepts such as SPAN/TAPs, VLANs, and firewalls.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing or post-sales roles, delivering value-focused technical support and influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • The ability to clearly simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager (TAM), Sales Engineer, Resident Engineer, or Customer Success Manager is considered a plus.
