About the Senior Web Designer Role

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Web Designer to join a partner company's team. This full-time, remote position is based in Saudi Arabia and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital experiences for a global clientele across various industries. The role involves taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring strong visual quality and user experience.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end web and UI design solutions. This includes managing multiple design assignments concurrently while maintaining consistency, creativity, and adherence to deadlines. The role requires close collaboration with project management to ensure alignment with client requirements and feedback, while maintaining full ownership of the design work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from concept development through final delivery for web and UI projects.
• Create original visual designs utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers to align with client requirements and feedback.
• Adapt designs across different industries and brand styles for a global client base.
• Ensure strong attention to usability, aesthetics, and responsive design principles.
• Continuously refine work based on feedback and maintain high design standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess solid hands-on experience in web and UI design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and execution. The ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively across multiple priorities is essential. The required experience level is between 2 to 5 years.

• 3+ years of experience in UI and web design (freelance or full-time).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end design projects independently.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design work.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within a structured schedule aligned with US Eastern Time (9 AM - 6 PM ET).
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Work Environment and Benefits

This is a fully remote position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The role offers 20 days of paid time off annually. Shortlisted candidates will participate in a paid design test as part of the hiring process.
