About the Role

Rize is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing team in Riyadh. Rize operates as a rent-now-pay-later platform focused on making rentals more accessible and affordable within Saudi Arabia. The company aims to revolutionize the rental industry through innovation and a customer-centric approach.

Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports Rize's brand and marketing objectives. This role involves developing creative assets for various channels to effectively communicate the company's rent-now-pay-later solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure impactful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and marketing assets for brand and performance campaigns.
• Design creatives for social media, in-app promotions, CRM communications, website content, and digital advertising.
• Create visual assets that clearly and effectively communicate Rize's rent-now-pay-later services.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Provide high-quality creative support for product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Stay informed about design trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in fintech, proptech, and digital marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in campaign, branding, digital marketing, and app-related creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Mandatory experience working with mobile applications, fintech, proptech, real estate platforms, or digital consumer products.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, financial services, rent, housing, or property-related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools is considered a plus.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and user acquisition campaigns is a plus.
