The ideal candidate will assist chefs with ingredient preparation, maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include washing and chopping vegetables, cleaning dishes and utensils, restocking supplies, and supporting the kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
