  • Direct the establishment and maintenance of a resource-loaded PMB for mega-projects, integrating schedule, cost, and resource data across complex work packages.
  • Direct the development and governance of the mega-project’s complex scheduling hierarchy, ensuring a resilient critical path and integrating 30/60/90-day look-ahead schedules.
  • Lead the project’s strategy for complex Extension of Time (EoT) and prolongation claims, overseeing advanced Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and CPM modeling.
  • Oversee the project-level risk function, ensuring identification and mitigation activities align with the Project Business Plan and are embedded in the construction sequence.
  • Direct the production of executive-level cost reports and quarterly Estimate At Completion (EAC) updates, owning the integrity of Value of Work Done (VOWD/CWIP) measurements.
  • Lead the preparation of internal status presentations for the Project Board and Head Office, acting as a technical "check and balance" for project data integrity.
  • Direct the development and submission of the Mega-Project’s annual Business Plan and end-of-quarter updates, owning the strategic validation of the EAC process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Overall Project Controls Experience: 27-30 years in Project Controls roles.
  • Specific Leadership Experience: Minimum 15 years as a Project Controls Manager (PCM) leading integrated teams (Planning, Cost, and Risk).
  • Contractor-Specific Experience: Minimum 12 years working directly for a Main Contractor in an EPC or EPCM environment on high-value infrastructure, buildings, or hospitality projects.
