About the User Acquisition Manager (Mobile) Role
Jobgether is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Mobile) to join a fast-scaling global mobile growth function. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on acquiring high-quality users for leading social discovery and entertainment apps. The role operates within a highly data-driven, international, and fully remote environment, collaborating with experienced marketers and product teams across various regions.
Role Overview and Objectives
The User Acquisition Manager will be instrumental in driving performance-driven campaigns across major paid media channels, with a strategic emphasis on Meta and TikTok. The primary objective is to optimize campaigns towards Lifetime Value (LTV), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall profitability. Continuous experimentation with creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies is essential to unlock scalable growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of mobile attribution and funnel economics, ideal for individuals who thrive in a test-and-learn culture where impact is directly measured by performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and internal BI systems.
- Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds, continuously improving key performance metrics.
- Test and iterate on new creative concepts, audience segments, and ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis to understand funnel behavior, unit economics, and profitability drivers.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve overall campaign ROI.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with demonstrated success on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads.
- A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels.
- Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), particularly AppsFlyer, and familiarity with SKAdNetwork principles.
- The ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- A proactive testing mindset with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Good communication skills and the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional, remote, and international teams.
- Fluency in Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English).
