About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to guests in dining areas.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks, ensuring presentation standards are met.

• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating complex situations as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout service periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar service-oriented role, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
