About the Role

Prize by Radisson is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join their team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time position is integral to ensuring guests receive an excellent dining experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Waiter role is to provide high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Key priorities for this role are customer satisfaction, effective communication, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Cooperate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a waiter, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Good knowledge of menu items to assist customers.
• Capability and willingness to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Arabic language skills are considered an added advantage.
