The Role of Wellsite Leader / Wellsite Coordinator

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Wellsite Leader / Wellsite Coordinator for a full-time position with a client in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role involves overseeing and coordinating hydraulic fracturing operations at the wellsite, ensuring adherence to approved programs and operational procedures. The Wellsite Leader / Coordinator is responsible for managing various aspects of wellsite activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate wellsite hydraulic fracturing operations, ensuring execution aligns with approved programs and operational procedures.
Coordinate frac crews, equipment, materials, and service providers to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Monitor job progress, operational parameters, and equipment readiness, while coordinating with the client and field supervisors.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, risk assessments, and wellsite safety procedures.
Prepare operational reports, communicate job updates, and resolve onsite operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in supervising and coordinating wellsite operations, particularly hydraulic fracturing.
Proficiency in ensuring compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role requires onsite presence to supervise and coordinate wellsite operations effectively.
