As a key player in our Talent Attraction team, you will support our organization's hiring strategy. This position involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified talent to help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and attract candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from posting to selection.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and gather feedback.
  • Offer Management: Assist in preparing job offers and candidate negotiations.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track metrics and prepare reports on recruitment activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and candidate mapping abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Assist in manpower planning, track hiring processes, and monitor recruitment costs.

  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-brand organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
