Join Accel Human Resource Consultants as a Food And Beverage Operations Manager!
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the food and beverage sector to build and optimize organizational processes. This role requires a strategic mindset capable of translating plans into actionable solutions and measuring performance against key operational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Work Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in operations management, particularly in the food and beverage sector, including at least 5 years managing multi-branch expansions.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the food and beverage sector to build and optimize organizational processes. This role requires a strategic mindset capable of translating plans into actionable solutions and measuring performance against key operational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan targeting 40 branches within two years.
- Establish operational policies and procedures to manage the company’s full operations.
- Design an operational organizational structure including management levels.
- Set comprehensive training standards and frameworks for all job levels.
- Supervise branch operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and implementation.
- Control operating expenses to achieve efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze operational data for strategic decision-making.
