- Work within budgeted guidelines for Food and Liquor costs.
- Set departmental goals and develop menus.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and team appraisals.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
What We Are Looking For:You should possess management and supervisory experience within Food and Beverage, with the ability to meet financial targets and maintain brand standards. You must be flexible to work under pressure and possess excellent grooming standards. A relevant degree and a passion for guest service will be advantageous.
