- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, confidentially.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and immigration checks.
- Manage departmental training requirements and completion of management reports.
- Control costs and assist in achieving departmental financial targets.
- Ensure training for health and safety regulations is completed.
- Collaborate with local organizations to promote hospitality careers.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in HR management.
- CIPD qualified.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in varied situations.
