Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and effectively manage Food and Beverage team members.
- Handle guest queries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work within budgeted guidelines regarding Food and Liquor costs, and manage payroll effectively.
- Set departmental targets and objectives, and develop policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to create exciting and appealing menus.
- Conduct monthly stock takes to maintain control of inventory.
- Facilitate team appraisals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all hotel security, fire regulations, and relevant health and safety legislation.
Qualifications:

- Experience in Food and Beverage management or supervisory roles.
- A proven track record of meeting financial targets and compliance with brand standards.
