Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a highly experienced Mobilization Manager to join its team. This full-time role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and is critical to ensuring the successful initiation and conclusion of facilities management contracts.

Role Overview

The Mobilization Manager leads the comprehensive mobilization and demobilization processes for facilities management contracts. This involves overseeing all stages from contract award to operational go-live, and managing the exit strategy, with a focus on smooth transitions, operational readiness, service continuity, and strict compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilization of new contracts from the award stage through to operational go-live, ensuring service continuity and full contractual compliance.
• Develop detailed mobilization plans that encompass scope definition, resource requirements, timelines, key milestones, comprehensive risk assessments, and effective stakeholder communication strategies.
• Conduct thorough site due diligence and operational readiness assessments prior to the commencement of services.
• Deliver targeted mobilization training and competency programs to relevant teams and personnel.
• Establish and oversee robust project governance structures, stage-gate reviews, and clear reporting frameworks.
• Lead all demobilization and contract exit activities, including asset recovery, staff redeployment, and the secure transfer of documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in project mobilization, facilities management, or contract transitions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proven understanding of operational processes, risk management, and contractual obligations.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing critical project phases in a dynamic environment.
