Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Stay updated on products and conduct presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales agreements, present proposals, and oversee smooth transitions to operations.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor trends, analyze competitor activities, and assist in strategy development.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management review.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a Sales Specialist role within heavy machinery sectors such as Road, Mining, or Earth Moving Products.
