Join ALS Arabia as a Business Development and Client Service Manager!
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for existing client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions as per our balanced scorecard standards.
Key Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-respected organization within the environmental services sector. Additionally, you will help in the development of strategic initiatives and manage key corporate accounts to ensure profitability and growth within the market.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for existing client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions as per our balanced scorecard standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOI) for clients.
- Compile monthly service reports and document them accurately.
- Analyze sales trends for major clients and respond effectively.
- Market laboratory services through various client interactions.
- Participate in relevant conferences and promote ALS at trade exhibitions.
- Advise clients on appropriate method selections and provide technical guidance.
- Manage client sample pickups and orders efficiently.
- Handle project management duties, including quality planning and stakeholder communication.
- Support business development initiatives and achieve budgeted financial performance.
- Foster and maintain constructive client relationships to enhance service differentiation.
- Represent ALS Arabia effectively at industry gatherings and trade shows.
