Job Summary:
One of our Clients is looking for a Safety Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The role ensures adherence to local laws, industry standards, and company safety objectives while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
Lead safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and clients on safety matters.
Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and track safety KPIs and monthly/annual HSE reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE and enforcement of safety rules.
Develop emergency response plans and oversee drills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA).
5–10 years of experience in HSE management (construction, industrial, Precast, or facilities preferred).
Strong knowledge of local Saudi safety regulations and international HSE standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.

Position Summary
The Safety Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all occupational health, safety, and security practices across SDES operations within the bonded zone at King Abdulaziz Seaport.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with SDES operations and Saudi regulations.
Conduct routine and ad-hoc safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across container yards, warehouses (general, chemical, cold storage), and open storage yards.
Ensure compliance with MAWANI Port Safety Regulations, HCIS requirements, ZATCA safety regulations, and Saudi Labor Law.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and safety violations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee safety compliance for heavy equipment and vehicles, including forklifts and container trucks.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure unified safety implementation.
Develop and deliver safety training programs, including emergency response and PPE compliance.
Prepare and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and evacuation procedures.
Maintain accurate HSE records, support audits, and advise management on safety risks and improvements.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in port operations or logistics environments.
Proven experience working inside seaports or bonded zones is essential.

Certifications (Preferred)

NEBOSH IGC / National Diploma, IOSH / OSHA, ISO 45001 awareness or lead auditor certification.

Skills And Competencies

Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and port safety standards.
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment safety controls.
Excellent investigation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting systems.

أهمية الدور:
يقوم الأخصائي الإقليمي للموارد البشرية في شركة Siemens Energy في المملكة العربية السعودية بتوفير الدعم التشغيلي اليومي للموارد البشرية لوظائف الأعمال الموجودة بموقعنا، ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع الزملاء في الموارد البشرية الإقليمية ويتواصل مع الزملاء العالميين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستضمن تقديم خدمات الموارد البشرية التشغيلية من خلال التكامل الوثيق مع مجموعة من مقدمي الخدمات، مع الحفاظ على العمليات المناسبة للغرض والتحكم في توقيت وجودة الخدمة.

أدوار ومسؤوليات:

التأكد من تقديم خدمات الموارد البشرية بكفاءة وفعالية من خلال نظام بيئي من مقدمي الخدمات، بما في ذلك دعم عمليات انضمام و خروج الموظفين، واستفسارات الموظفين، وإدارة بيانات الأشخاص والتنظيم.
دعم المبادرات التغيير داخل منطقة المسؤولية عبر عدة وظائف للموارد البشرية، والتعاون مع قادة الأعمال.
بناء وتعزيز المعرفة العملية لضمان استدامة المؤسسة.
المشاركة في المبادرات المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وعمليات الأعمال في الموارد البشرية.
ضمان جودة العمليات بالتعاون مع مقدمي خدمات العمليات.

المتطلبات:
خبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في خدمات الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك خدمات الدعم المشترك أو عمليات الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية. كما تفضل معرفة في مجال تكنولوجيا معلومات الموارد البشرية مثل Workday HCM وSAP.
درجة في الإدارة مع تخصص في الموارد البشرية أو أي مزيج من الموارد البشرية / تكنولوجيا المعلومات. مهارات التواصل الجيدة وقدرة على تحليل البيانات. مهارات حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي و القدرة على اتخاذ القرار المعتمد على الحقائق.
