We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to lead and scale our client acquisition efforts at an advertising production company. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a strong track record in B2B sales, this role is ideal for you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales representatives, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent performance against monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B space.
  • Re-engage and reactivate dormant or inactive clients to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner for their advertising needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising or media.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strategic thinker able to create and execute effective sales plans.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
