Join Koch as a Maintenance Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all maintenance activities uphold the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Productivity, thus supporting reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Championing a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviors, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies.
• Developing, implementing, and sustaining preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance activities with production and other functions to minimize disruption.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the maintenance team for timely and high-quality execution of activities.
• Utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for effective maintenance planning.

Who You Are:
You have a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high safety standards and reliability. You are experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues within an industrial setting, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Your strong teamwork skills enable you to collaborate effectively across a cross-functional organization.
